This privacy policy describes how Vallenstone LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit missinglinkstrategy.com (the "site") and when you sign up for the PMF→PCF Benchmark Report or the 60-Question Diagnostic Workbook.

1 · Who we are

Vallenstone LLC is the data controller for personal information processed through this site.

2 · What we collect

We collect only what we need to send you the materials you requested and to keep the site running:

• Information you give us: first name and email address when you opt in for the Benchmark Report or the 60-Question Workbook.
• Information collected automatically: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referring URL), HubSpot tracking cookies for visit analytics, and Google Analytics for aggregate page metrics.

3 · How we use your information

• To deliver the requested PDFs to your inbox.
• To send you a short series of follow-up emails related to The Missing Link and Product-Company Fit. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To improve the site by analysing aggregate traffic patterns.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4 · Where your data is processed

We use the following processors:

• HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc., USA / EU data centers) — email delivery, contact management, site tracking.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — aggregated traffic measurement.
• Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA) — site hosting and edge delivery.

Each processor has its own privacy commitments; we have data processing agreements where required by law.

5 · Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies:

• Strictly necessary — set by Netlify and HubSpot to keep the site functional.
• Analytics — set by Google Analytics and HubSpot to measure aggregate visit data.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect parts of the site experience.

6 · Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with comparable rules, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of that data.
• Object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email norbert@vallenstone.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7 · Retention

We keep your contact data for as long as you stay subscribed to our list, or until you ask us to delete it. Aggregated analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' default retention settings (currently 14 months).

8 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and our practices evolve. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
